Suzanne Brown’s love for numbers began early—balancing the cash register at her father’s barbershop at just eleven years old.

By twelve, she was helping her mother and grandfather prepare client books by hand on old green ledger paper, continuing a family legacy rooted in precision and accountability.

That foundation shaped a lifelong calling. Today, as Director of Finance at Whitis Premium Builders, Suzanne brings decades of experience in accounting, budgeting, and financial operations. She ensures every project stays transparent, every cost has purpose, and every homeowner knows where their investment stands. Her legacy is simple—turn numbers into trust and structure into stability.

Every home starts with the ground it’s built on—and that’s where Kaiden comes in. As the first boots on the job after permitting, he ensures every build begins on solid footing.

From grading and digging footers to managing septic systems and organizing materials, Kaiden brings precision and care to the most critical stage of construction. He knows homeowners count on things running smoothly from day one, so he works ahead of problems—keeping sites clean, costs contained, and timelines on track.
